Chetar Arabians is proud to be hosting Halter Clinics with the reknowned Wade Bailey instructing on the days.
Wade is well known in the Arabian Industry as being one of the most successful trainers and showers of Arabian Horses. He has extensive experience in this capacity, having worked all over the world with National and International Champions, including the US National Reserve Champion Stallion ‘Gazal Al Shaqab’ – sire of World and US National Champions. At home Wade has numerous accolades to his name, training many horses that have attained Champion, Reserve Champion or Top 5/10 at the Aussies and East Coast.
With Australian trends in showing continuously becoming more like the US every year, and the number of US professionals invited to Judge at our shows also increasing, it makes sense to learn from someone who had risen to the top of the ranks on the US Circuit.
Wade is an enthusiastic supporter of Amateur Showers, and unlike many other Halter Trainers, he is keen to teach every step of the training process to those who wish to learn – Imagine being able to train your own horses from beginning to end! We are keen to run as many Clinics as we can before the beginning of next show season, hopefully up to two every month. The next Clinic Date is set for the Sunday 1st July. Clinics will be limited to 10 people/horses to enable everyone to get the best experience they can from the day – for this reason, bookings are essential!! Wade will be doing group demonstrations as well as one on one work with every person & horse that attends. A BBQ Lunch and Drinks are supplied, as well as private housing for each horse throughout the day. Cost of the days will be $85 per person/horse. $35 for Spectators (only permitted when accompanying a Clinic participant). Clinics will be held at Chetar Arabians, Mount Cottrell, Victoria. We are located around 15 minutes North of Werribee Park, around 40 minutes West of the Melbourne CBD.
