| SA Advert No. 59094 10/04/12 DANROSE SAPPHIRE AKA SAPHIE chestnut gelding hI ALL looking for my old showhorse who i sold back in 98, he was chestnut with white band around front right leg and little white under that on the coronet area, 2 white stockings on his back leg and a blaze that went further over above his eye one side of his face, more so than on the other. I thik he also had a white patch under his bottom lip area. He was around 15.2hh and could jump well but you had to be confident. at times was a little hard to pull up, but never really dangerous. He was sold to quorn to frazers and have been told his fate might not have been certain after that. but any info good or bad, would be appreciated, would also buy him back if he was still around and current owner wanted to sell him on. My name is Jessica and I live in the Barossa Valley SA.I purchased this horse over a year ago now and I am trying to find out about his history as the person I bought him from couldn't give me any information nor did she care.He is a grey thoroughbred born on the 3/09/02. His race name is Tillicoultry. And he was bred by Mrs L Randle, NSW. This is all the info I could retrieve off of the Aus stud book. Sire: Spinning world Dam: Angelic Belle He is now rising 10 years old and has some severe scars on both hind legs and a love heart shaped scar on his off side hip. He was very head shy when I bought him and appears to have some soundness issues. Aside from that he is fairly well educated and works nicely, I'd like to find out anything about his previous owners and what has happened to him over the years. His name was Diago and he is bay with no white marings at all. His story was that he was rescued from a paddock as a foal and he was supposed to be a minitaure but as it turned out he is a shetland pony or a shetalnd cross. I would love to know anything about him, breeding etc. And if the lady who rescued him reads this, Dieago is still with us. I have inherited him from mum and he is a much loved quite spoilt little guy.
